When to Call Roadside Instead of a Tow
If your car runs but you can’t drive it because of a small problem — dead battery, locked keys, flat tire, empty tank — that’s a roadside call, not a tow. It’s faster, cheaper, and you stay with your vehicle.
If your car won’t run at all even with help, or it’s been in an accident, you probably need a tow or recovery.
