Working With Police & Insurance
At the Scene
If law enforcement is on scene, we coordinate with the responding officer. We don’t move a vehicle until the scene is cleared. Our drivers are used to working alongside Maryland State Police, Harford County Sheriff and local PD.
For Your Insurance
We provide itemized receipts and photos as needed for your claim. We can deliver your vehicle to a body shop of your choice or to a storage location while you sort out the claim.

What’s the difference between towing and recovery?
Towing means hooking up a drivable-position vehicle and moving it. Recovery means getting the vehicle into a tow-able position first — winching out of a ditch, righting a tipped vehicle, or pulling it free from an off-road spot.
Will my insurance cover the recovery?
Most comprehensive and collision policies include towing/recovery after an accident. We give you receipts and documentation to submit. Talk to your agent about your specific coverage.
How long does a recovery take?
Depends on the situation — anywhere from 20 minutes for a simple winch to several hours for a complex scene. We’ll give you an honest estimate when we arrive.
Can you recover a vehicle from off-road?
In most cases, yes. Tell us how far off the road, the ground conditions, and the vehicle’s position when you call.
Do you tow after the recovery?
Yes — once the vehicle is safely back on its wheels, the same truck can tow it to your shop, home or destination of choice.
