How do I reach a real person?
Call 410-425-6000. We don’t use phone trees or national dispatch lines.
Towing
What kinds of vehicles can you tow?
We handle light-duty towing — cars, SUVs, minivans, light pickup trucks and motorcycles.
Do you tow long-distance?
Yes. Most of our work is local to Harford County, but we can do longer hauls when needed. Call for a quote.
Do you use flatbed or wheel-lift trucks?
Both. AWD, 4WD, low-clearance and luxury vehicles get a flatbed to protect the drivetrain. Standard FWD/RWD vehicles can use either.
Can you tow to my mechanic of choice?
Yes. Tell the dispatcher where you’d like the vehicle taken — your shop, your home, or another destination.
Roadside Assistance
What roadside services do you offer?
Jump-starts, lockouts, tire changes, and fuel delivery.
How fast can a truck reach me?
Response times vary with traffic and your location. Most calls in central Harford County are reached quickly. Call for a current ETA.
Will my insurance reimburse roadside service?
Many auto policies (and credit cards) include roadside coverage. We provide receipts with everything you need to submit a claim.
Accident Recovery
What’s the difference between towing and recovery?
Towing is hooking up a drivable-position vehicle and moving it. Recovery is getting the vehicle into a tow-able position first — winching it out of a ditch, righting it, or pulling it from off-road.
Can you respond to an accident scene?
Yes. Call 410-425-6000 as soon as it’s safe. Tell us where you are and the responding officer’s name if there is one.
Will my insurance cover accident recovery?
Most comprehensive and collision policies include towing/recovery after an accident. We give you receipts and documentation for your claim.
Pricing & Payment
How much does a tow cost?
Pricing depends on distance and vehicle. Call for an honest quote — no surprise charges on arrival.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards plus cash. Payment is collected at the time of service.
Do you bill insurance directly?
In most cases the customer pays at the time of service and submits to insurance for reimbursement. We provide itemized receipts.

Do you respond on I-95?
Yes. We respond to calls along I-95 between exits 77 and 89, and along Route 40, US-1 and the major MD state routes.
